The company was founded on 1982 as “Aromor chemical industries” and later purchased by global IFF in 2014. The company is located in Kibbutz Givat Oz.Role Description and Profile:Research and development of organic synthesis reactions.Propose, design, and conduct experiments related to synthesis, separation, and purification.Develop analytical methods and translate complex requests into sensible experiments and/or technical approaches.Communication and collaboration with OPS and cross-functional multinational teams (internal and external).Identify quality-determining product parameters on existing IPCs. Experience scale-up and down scale of processes in production vision. Work with diverse, multidisciplinary teams to deliver project results on time.Required Experience/Skills:Ms.C. in Chemistry, preferably in organic chemistry.Optional: Related experienceKnowledgeable in lab safety, relevant application, raw materials, & chemical processesSelf-motivation, creativity, flexibility, take initiative, manage priorities, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Can work independently on projects without direct manager supervision.
